China’s e-commerce turnover up 22% in 2010

E-commerce turnover in China jumped 22 percent in 2010 from a year earlier to 4.5 trillion yuan (681.82 billion U.S. dollars), an industry report said on Tuesday. Online group purchase to balloon in 2011

China’s online group purchase market is expected to reach 16.5 billion yuan ($2.45 billion) in 2011, accounting for about one percent of all online retail sales, according to a recent industry report.
